Q: I used the Best Printer Cleaning Kit and now I am still having the same problem, what do I do now?

A: After using the Best Printer Cleaning Kit you will need to run one of the following (depending on your printer model). Power cleaning, nozzle cleaning, and printhead cleaning, you should be able to find these options in the maintenance section of your printer.

Q: I have used the Best Printers Cleaning Kit & run a printhead/power cleaning and I am still not seeing the results I expected, now what?

A: At this point what you need to do is repeat both the kit cleaning and the printer maintenance cleaning (nozzle, power & printhead cleaning.). You may need to repeat using the kit (warmed up) until all the solution is used. In that case, you can still run the printer maintenance cleaning (nozzle, power & printhead cleaning.) up to 5-6 times. In some extreme cases, you might have to do more than that.

Warning: Make sure you are running full or half-full ink during the printhead/power cleaning. If you run out of ink, hold off on the cleanings until you receive new ink. You can search for any ink model here.

Q: I used the Best printers Cleaning Kit and now I have an error code, what do I do now?

A: What you will have to do now is attempt to reset the code. You can do this by shutting down and unplugging the printer ( and leaving unplugged for 1 minute at a time). Then powering back on, this could take many try’s, the maximum I would try is 10 times.

Q: Will this print head get clogged or will the ink go bad if you do not use the printer often? What is the recommended maintenance if it is not used frequently?

A: Yes, like most printers if not used frequently the printhead will get clogged/dry out. You will need to run a printhead cleaning before each usage after not having used the printer for some time.

Q: I am trying to do the cleaning but feel resistance and I cannot get the solution to push through the nozzles. What can I do to get the solution pushed through?
